Liquid acquires Cysiv, expands its presence in Egypt.

10 Jun 2023

Liquid Intelligent Technologies has acquired Cysiv MEA, a Cairo-based technology company that specializes in providing cloud and cybersecurity services to companies in the financial services sector.

Based in London, with operations in the UK, Israel, Africa, the US, and Latin America, Liquid plans to use the acquisition to expand its operations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Liquid already has a presence in 13 countries in Africa and entered the Nigerian market in December 2022. Expansion into Egypt should further strengthen the portfolio in the region.

The company plans to deploy cloud and cybersecurity solutions and make Egypt a main hub for the MENA region. Liquid rebrands Cysiv MEA to "Liquid C2" to align with its global cloud and cybersecurity identity.

The acquisition of Cysiv MEA expands Liquid's reach in the MENA region and provides customers access to best-in-class cloud and cybersecurity services. This move demonstrates Liquid's commitment to delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and supporting customers in an increasingly hostile global threat environment from cybercriminals.
