Lagos Innovates has opened applications for the 10th cohort of its Idea Hub Program, a 12-week incubation initiative aimed at supporting early-stage, tech-enabled ventures. The program, managed by the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), is designed to equip startups with the skills, networking opportunities, and mentorship needed to develop a minimum viable product and build a competitive, sustainable brand. What’s on Offer: Business Incubation & Coaching: Participants will receive hands-on coaching from seasoned mentors with deep industry experience, helping them navigate the challenges of building a startup. Networking Access: The program offers direct access to Lagos Innovates' extensive network, including connections to government bodies, corporate partners, other startups, and potential investors. Administrative Support: Startups will benefit from essential administrative services, including legal, accounting, and HR support, to streamline their operations. Workspace Vouchers: Participants will also have the opportunity to pitch for Lagos Innovates Workspace Vouchers, which provide 6 to 12 months of workspace access, valued between N120,000 and N1,800,000. Brand Ambassadorship: Founders who complete the program will become ambassadors of the Idea Hub, joining an exclusive network of Lagos Innovates startups. Eligibility Criteria: Early-Stage Startups: The program is designed for startups in their early stages with innovative ideas. Tech-Enabled Business: Technology must be a core component or enabler of the business model. Lagos State Residency: Founders must be residents of Lagos State. The Idea Hub Program is a critical initiative in Lagos State's efforts to foster a vibrant tech ecosystem by nurturing startups with the potential to scale and compete globally. Over 12 weeks, participants will work intensively to refine their business models, secure mentorship, and position themselves for future growth.
