About
Grow for me is an Agri-fintech, crowdfunding, crowd farming, and commodity trading platform that funds smallholder farmers to scale in Africa, whilst sponsors, farm managers, and astronomers receive live satellite data and drone imagery to monitor the progress of their funded farms. They utilize UP42 - Airbus technology to power our platform and provide accurate, real-time data for optimal results and optimization. They provide everyone the opportunity to farm, without getting dirty. With a list of accredited farmers growing commodities in demand, Growforme, enables investors and individuals to invest in selected crops that are grown at a given scale, enabling investor(s) to reap the rewards at harvest or sell and reinvest their produce to enlarge their portfolio. Through crowdfunding, they raise money from the crowd to finance farmers to produce more. After harvest, the commodity is traded on the open market or the Ghana Commodity Exchange (GCX). Profit from the farm and trade is shared between the farmer, Grow For Me, and the Sponsor. We are addressing SDGs 1 and 2 by creating wealth and contributing to food stability, particularly in the rural communities where mass urban migration is having a detrimental impact on the agricultural food chain.
