  1. Visit the Official Portal: http://passport.immigration.gov.ng

  3. Enter Details: Provide your National Identification Number (NIN), date of birth, and other required information.

  4. Upload Documents: Submit your passport photograph and any supporting documents as specified.

  5. Schedule Biometric Capture: Book an appointment at your nearest Immigration Office to complete the process.

Fees and Validity:

  • Nigerian Applicants:

    • 32-page, 5-year passport: N35,000

    • 64-page, 10-year passport: N70,000

  • Foreign Applicants:

    • 32-page, 5-year passport: $130

    • 64-page, 10-year passport: $230

Additional Requirements:

  • NIN: Mandatory for both new applications and renewals.

  • Passport Photo: Must meet ICAO standards.

  • Supporting Documents: Birth certificate, local government certificate of origin, etc. (as applicable)
