Morocco's PrestaFreedom Raises $1.1 Million in Funding from Azur Innovation Fund

PrestaFreedom, a home services marketplace based in Morocco, has secured $1.1 million (MDH 11,000,000) in funding from the Azur Innovation Fund. The company, founded by Majid Bensilmane in 2020, offers a range of home maintenance services through monthly and weekly subscription plans. PrestaFreedom boasts a customer base of 1,000 loyal clients.

In a statement, Bensilmane, the CEO and founder of PrestaFreedom, expressed gratitude to the Azur Innovation Fund partners for the opportunity. He highlighted the funding as a crucial milestone in the startup's development and emphasized its ability to exceed expectations in meeting market needs.

With the newly acquired funds, PrestaFreedom aims to invest in logistics and technology development. This strategic move is intended to drive the company's growth and facilitate expansion into several African markets, set to commence next year. Additionally, PrestaFreedom has successfully raised several other funding rounds to expedite its go-to-market efforts.
