The newly appointed council members, renowned for their expertise in various sectors, are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping policies that drive innovation, attract investments, and ensure economic resilience. The statement underlined the importance of grounding Abia State's economic development strategy in a thorough understanding of both the local economic environment and the dynamics of the global economy. The Secretariat of the Abia State Global Economic Advisory Council will be managed by Mr. Chinenye Mba-Uzoukwu, Principal Secretary to the Governor/Chief Strategy Officer, along with Mr. Charles Egonye, Technical Assistant to the Governor.
