The Saudi Arabian real estate technology company AtarCloud has secured a $1.3 million initial funding round led by BIM Ventures and including angel and institutional investors from the Investors' Mine Group.
AtarCloud was founded in 2021 by Haseeb Mohammad and co-built with BIM Ventures to supply property owners and real estate developers with streamlined property management technologies. The firm claims it plans to digitally convert homes into connected, livable communities where the primary concern is the comfort and convenience of the end user.
In a news release, CEO and founder Haseeb Mohammad said, "We're happy to be supporting property owners and real estate developers in defining the new standard in property management in Saudi Arabia."
Providing "the necessary tools and features not just to our customers, but also their customers" has been a "major success element for us along the journey," he said.
