startAD is an organization that accelerates innovation and entrepreneurship in the UAE. They offer various impact-driven programs to support startups, SMEs, and young talent by equipping them with the necessary tools to build innovative products, collaborate across organizations, and develop entrepreneurial capacity. They work in line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 and partner with government departments and corporations to further UAE's transition into a knowledge-based economy. The organization provides programs such as the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE UAE), Aldar Manassah, Aldar Scaleup, NYUAD Entrepreneurship, and the Ma'an Social Incubator, among others. They also have a network of partners, including Aldar, Authority of Social Contribution, US Mission to the UAE, and Ripple.
