The center of innovation of Lubumbashi (C.I.L)is an emerging innovation center in the city of Lubumbashi in the DRC, providing young innovators and Technology- led entrepreneurs with a set of one-stop innovation programs & incubation services that fit the local content. The aim of CIL, also called the CINOLU network, is to support the transformation of the local community as a vibrant and competitive innovation ecosystem of international calibre through a lean innovation pipeline focussed on enabling competitiveness of Young people , their products, services and processes thus their stratups . The vision of the CINOLU is to become one of the most vibrant youth-led regional hub and Startups connector supporting the emergence of smarter and competitive cities in the DRC and within the central Africa region.
